How Would You Like Your Shrimp?
We often get asked what's the best way to cook shrimp with the heads on. Other than the usual "steam, season, and eat" option, there are many other ways to enjoy our shrimp! If you want to cook without the heads on (even though we recommend to cook with them on to release the full flavor/nutrition), please take a look at 1 of the 2 brief video tutorial for cleaning fresh shrimp below. Note that our shrimp, since they have no access to the usual sand/dirt and contaminants in the ocean, don't really have much of a vein to worry about. Many customers don't even devein. Some even eat the heads like you would a Cheeto!
Below that, find some recipes that we have tried and recommend for your enjoyment too!
