Pacific White-Leg Shrimp
The white-leg shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) is our first and main seafood product available on a commercial scale. The shrimp are sold at whole and live weight.
25-28 CT: $20/lb
Smaller size shrimp are sweeter and softer.
Even smaller sizes available to eat whole, normally in soup.
Larger sizes may be available, at certain times of the year.
The Australian Red Crayfish
The Aussie Red-Claw (Cherax quadricarinatus) is our second seafood product available that we are developing into commercial production.

Various sizes can be sold as pets and that's our main focus with the species until we can commercialize production better.
Tilapia
Our tilapia are not what you may call "trash" fish. Raised the right way (like our shrimp), they offer a budget-friendly sweet meat for our fish-loving friends. Raised in our aquaponic system year-round, where they support kale growth.
